People recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, their families and/or healthcare professionals are invited to attend this 4-hour course. The program addresses the effects of PD, benefits of treatment options and how to access community resources. Presentations will be given by a neurologist, a speech therapist, a dietition and a social worker.
Cost: $20 per person. Lunch included. |
